Warranty Policy

Cipher will warranty the NOVA battery module for a period of one (1) year to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not apply when electrical damage is caused by using the arc lighter in any other way, except as intended for use with NOVA. The warranty also doesn’t apply when damage occurs due to the device being dropped, abused, submerged in liquid, altered, affected by a natural disaster, or misused in any way. The warranty does not extend to cosmetic marks, dents, chips, scratches, etc. Normal performance degradation of the battery life is not covered by the warranty.

      How do I use the all-in-one smoking pipe?

      Start by packing your ceramic pods with ground cannabis flower (or other loose leaf material) and then insert one pod into NOVA’s pod housing. Then, turn your NOVA on with five (5) rapid clicks of the power button. When the button turns blue, you’ll know your all-in-one-pipe is on and ready to use.       What is the best way to pack dry herb in the NOVA pod?

      Pack ground dry flower (or other loose leaf material) into the ceramic pod up to ~90% full. A gentle pack, using the loading tool or the tip of your finger, ensures you’ll achieve optimal airflow and ease of combustion by the built-in arc lighter.

      How do I know when to replace the flower in my dry herb pod?
      Generally, you’ll start to notice a reduction in smoke volume when inhaling. Start by giving the pod a stir by pushing in on the mouthpiece and rotating clockwise. If you still don’t get an expected amount of smoke, remove the mouthpiece and check if any green material remains. If not, it’s time to replace the dry herb in your NOVA pod. This ensures optimal performance and consistent taste with every session.
      Is the NOVA pipe for smoking dry herb only, or can it be used with concentrates?

      The NOVA pipe is specifically designed for cannabis flower (and other loose leaf material), offering clean, controlled combustion. However, “caviar bowls” can be loaded into pods like an Oreo cookie with no more than 0.1g of wet or dry concentrate.

      How long will my NOVA electronic smoking pipe last per charge?
      The built-in 1000mAh battery provides hundreds of hits (at 5 seconds each) on a single charge. With a Type-C USB for fast recharging (~1 hour), you can power up and be ready to go in no time.
