How Do I Collect Loyalty Points?

⊕ 50 points -> make your first purchase, and you get points.
⊕ For every $ that you spend, you get 1 point added to your account. For example, spend $50 and you get 50 points.

How do I enroll in the Loyalty Rewards Program?
If you haven’t already created an account, go to the bottom of the website and click the My Account link under the “Customer Care” heading. After creating the account, you’ll see a message in the account Dashboard, “By checking this checkbox, you will be enrolled in the Loyalty Points program.” The checkbox should be checked by default indicating that you’re enrolled. If it isn’t checked, simply check it.
How many Loyalty Points do I have?
We offer two methods for finding out how many Loyalty Rewards points you have:
- Login to your account, then click the “My Available Loyalty Points” in the left side of the dashboard. You’ll see your current Loyalty Points total, and also a list of points that you’ve earned with each purchase.
- Before making your next purchase, login to your account. Then, after adding one product to the Shopping Cart, a message box will appear with the count of your available points.
How do I use Loyalty Points?
Start by logging in to your account. When you’re done adding products into the Shopping Cart, you’ll see a message box with a count of your available points. At the bottom of the Shopping Cart screen, you’ll see an input box with the title, “Redeem your Loyalty Points.” After entering the points that you want to redeem, click the “Apply Loyalty Points” button. Under the “Order Summary” information, you’ll then see an entry with, “Redeemed Loyalty Points Value” and the actual dollar amount of the discount.
Can I use Loyalty Points with a regular coupon code?
Like most rewards systems, redeeming of points is considered a coupon, so it’s not possible to use points and a coupon in the same order. So, unfortunately, you have to pick which one gives you the best discount.
Do Loyalty Points expire?
Nope! Since you’ve earned Loyalty points with purchases, your accumulated points will be available any time in the future.
Terms and Conditions
Cipher may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Loyalty Points Reward Program and/or any Reward Program at any time, including the availability of any Reward. Cipher may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Customer’s participation in the Program for breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. Cipher reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Customer from participating in any aspect of the Program if Cipher deems or suspects that such Customer has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (i) acting in violation of these Loyalty Points Reward Program Terms and Conditions; or (ii) tampering with or corrupting the operation of the www.carrycipher.com website; or (iii) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (iv) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Cipher to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Loyalty Points Reward Program. Any decision Cipher makes relating to termination or suspension of any Customer’s participation in the Rewards Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Cipher shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Loyalty Points Reward Program Terms and Conditions or intent of these Loyalty Points Reward Program Terms and Conditions.
