Warranty
Cipher will warranty the Herby dry herb vaporizer for a period of one (1) year to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. All warranty claims require registration of the product and submission of proof of purchase. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
The warranty does not apply when damage occurs due to the device being dropped, abused, submerged in liquid, altered, affected by a natural disaster, or misused in any way. The warranty does not extend to cosmetic marks, dents, chips, scratches, etc. Normal performance degradation of the battery life is not covered by the warranty.

Herby’s On-The-Go Kit
The kit includes a convenient carry pouch and a smell-proof pod container (with three refillable pods). The carry pouch is made of durable, lightweight microfiber material and sized just right to hold Herby, one pod container, Insulating Mouthpiece Tips, and even the USB charging cable.
Using Herby on the go is as simple as:
Prepare: 1) Fill pods with medium-fine ground dry herb; 2) Load pods into the smell-proof pod container; 3) Pack carry pouch with Herby and pod container.
Consume: Insert a pod into Herby’s chamber, turn Herby on, enjoy. No fuss, no mess!
Herby Is Easy To Operate
With single-button operation, it doesn’t get any easier. Click the button five times to turn Herby on and off. A single click of the button will cycle through the temperature settings. That’s it! While Herby is heating up, the LED ring around the button will flash the color of the temperature setting (as shown in the image below), then turn solid once the selected temperature is reached.
Keeping It Clean And Cool
In this age of transmissible infections, people still want to have fun and share safely. Well, we’ve got you covered. Included in the box are two Insulating Mouthpiece Tips (extras are available for purchase separately). They’re easily inserted (with a firm push) into Herby’s mouthpiece (see image below), so your lips only contact the tip. When you’re ready to pass and share, remove your tip and hand over Herby with another tip. Tips are durable and easily cleaned by washing in hot, soapy water or by a quick dip in Isopropyl alcohol.
These tips are also great for keeping the lips cool when using Herby at high temperatures. As with all small vaporizers, the regular mouthpiece can get a little hot toward the end of a session.
